I actually enjoyed making food (I have never in my life wanted to spend the time or effort making recipes). I love the Clean Slate Cleanse because it has changed my relationship with food in so many ways. Lindsey makes plants taste amazing, and helps show you simple steps in recipes that create so much flavor. The cleanse is a serious, and practical approach to making big steps in changing your life. It is very easy to follow because Lindsey is very informative while keeping it interesting. The cleanse community helps motivate and cheer each other on with posting pictures of their food and just encouraging each other daily.
